Impressive is all I can say about theses guys, 28mm is certainly the eye candy scale.
Have got six others to paint up including a sniper with a 50cal Barrett. If you have ever seen the Bruce Willis film “Tears of the Sun”
these guys are perfect for that kind of scenario. Thinking of getting some Australians as well as some Taliban bad guys.
My scale preference is looking like this-
Small Scale Skirmish- 28mm
Platoon Size Modern- 20mm
Company Sized Sci Fi- 15mm
Eureka Minis as usual rate a five out of five for service and quality and speed
Wartime minis Bushmaster-
Hand painted “Skippy” on the side.
I couldn’t resist, these look too good-
When will I return to sci-fi? Sooner than you think, GZG have just released this-
This has Traveller 2300 stamped all over it, four of these baby’s will be coming my way soon. One day I will pick a scale and stick to it!
Finished “Not a good day to die” by Sean Naylor, recommend you read it as it is a great insight into modern infantry combat and the fog of war-Not a good day to die
Inspired to game out some of the actions detailed in this book, the soldiers who fought in such a difficult place are to be admired.
This was taken with the CZ16-35 and the A850, hell of a climb!
Not a lot of miniature action going on as its my annual beach holiday- no phones or internet. Catching up with some reading and working on the new rule set.
